Accounts Payable Specialist

Join a dynamic finance team where you will efficiently handle entry, analysis, and reconciliation of provider bills and invoices. You will ensure compliance with accounts payable policies and company guidelines, contributing to various projects such as year-end 1099 and provider files.

Responsibilities :

• Enter, analyze, and process expenses through invoice management.
• Code invoices to the appropriate accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounts payable policies and company guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with hospital vendors.
• Identify and resolve pricing and invoice discrepancies.
• Contribute to projects such as year-end 1099 and provider files.
• Process manual entries for approximately 100 invoices weekly, ensuring accurate posting.
• Cut and mail checks to vendors.
• Respond to vendor inquiries, specifically from consultants.
• Reconcile accounts biweekly.
• Manage accounts payable for two companies, primarily focusing on easier accounts.
• Ensure all expenses are entered and compare accounts payable with accounts receivable after six months.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
