Job Description – Technical Consulting Engineer – United States Sovereign Support

Location :   Raleigh, NC

Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time. Rotating on-call for weeknights and weekends.

Job Type : 12 month contract-to-hire

What You'll Do

As a Technical Consulting Engineer supporting both United States Public Sector and global commercial customers, you will be an integral part of a Technical Services team. Your primary focus will be to help customers deploy and operate their networks effectively, ensuring the best possible customer experience. You will work directly with mission-critical environments, delivering exceptional technical expertise for our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

As part of the Multicloud Defense (MCD) Technical Support Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the resilience and security of federal networks and systems. Our success is validated through excellent financial results, increasing customer satisfaction metrics, industry recognition, and employee satisfaction scores.

Who You Are

• You will provide premium-tier technical support for Multicloud Defense (MCD), Security Cloud Control (SCC) and Web Security to our customers, partners, account teams, and other Technical Assistance Center engineers.
• You can apply your analytical skills and technical knowledge to tackle product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.
• You will also provide technology / product training and intellectual property material as required.
• You'll act as a focal point for large account network problem resolution.
• You can effectively utilize moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve problems.
• United States public sector customers have specific location and citizenship requirements, necessitating a US person on US soil for this role.
• You possess the ability to quickly analyze and understand complex technical environments and use evidence-based troubleshooting to narrow down the scope of a problem in search of a resolution.

Advanced Troubleshooting skills in :

Basic knowledge of Multicloud environment and tools (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, etc.).
