A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance by troubleshooting issues and guiding users in resolution

Handle customer inquiries and manage case backlog while ensuring timely follow-up

Document support interactions and escalate complex cases to higher-level support as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent certificate

Two (2) years of technical support and customer-facing experience

Proficient troubleshooting experience in Linux and Windows environments
