Manager, Field Marketing

Figma is growing and we are looking for a senior leader who can build from first principles, operationalize creativity, and transform qualitative experiences into quantitative business outcomes. You'll partner deeply with regional sales leaders, product marketing, demand gen, and the executive team to set the direction for how we activate our community and expand our footprint in-market. You'll also be a visible voice for the team who regularly presents results, insights, and innovation strategies at company all hands, leadership offsites, and team meetings. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma :

• Define and evolve the global field marketing vision including how we reach and convert accounts
• Architect repeatable, measurable systems for pipeline influence & ROI tracking
• Inspire excellence, foster creative experimentation, and ensure accountability to measurable outcomes across a team
• Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and product. Build deep relationships with regional VPs and senior execs
• Bring data to life by translating complex metrics and campaign outcomes into compelling narratives
• Pilot new program types, technologies, and experiences that expand what field marketing can be
• As our footprint expands, build the operational infrastructure, team structure, and playbooks that allow Figma's field programs to grow

Annual Base Salary Range (SF / NY Hub) : $164,000$288,000 USD
