Overthrow Hospitality is an award winning restaurant group based in Manhattan, New York City. What started as a collection of tight knit, heartfelt restaurants and bars in the East Village is now blossoming nationwide with several projects currently underway. Our goal is to maintain our core values by empowering the neighborhoods we serve and this will require us to select the right team members now so we can build a strong Operations Team as we continue to grow.
We are currently looking for a General Manager to join our team.
You will oversee the daily operations in partnership with the Operations & Leadership Team. As the GM, you must be a hands-on people person & a team player that thrives in a busy environment, where you enthusiastically lead & assist the servers, the chef, and the bartender at all times. You must love making our guests happy with great service, food, wine, beer, and cocktails. You must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a deadline driven, demanding environment.
Bottom Line : you are knowledgeable, you "think like an owner" and you always keep service in mind.
