LHH is assisting a fantastic boutique law firm in its search for a self-motivated and experienced Construction Defect Litigation Associate to join a leading law firm in Orlando, Florida . This role involves representing plaintiffs in complex construction defect cases, advocating for community associations and commercial property owners, and other clients who have suffered from construction-related issues.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of construction defect litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Engage in discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses, including construction professionals and engineers, to build strong cases.
• Provide clients with clear and timely communication regarding case progress and legal options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
