About The Role

Amrize Building Envelope is recruiting for a Manager of Quality Systems and Suppliers responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining its Quality Management System (QMS) and developing the company and supplier quality program. The role requires a proactive individual who can develop and manage system compliance, lead training programs, improve supplier performance, and address non-conformities to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

QMS Development and Maintenance :

• Develop and sustain a QMS framework that aligns with ISO 9001 requirements and integrates with operational procedures.
• Regularly update the system to reflect changes in regulations and industry best practices.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 standards across all departments.
• Training and development of employees across all levels of the organization on the aspects of the QMS and its applications.
• Equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize the QMS effectively in their daily operations.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of any non-conformities.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management systems or quality functions, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Experience with ISO 9001 or similar QMS certification is preferred.

Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or an equivalent professional certification is preferred; Six Sigma certification is ideal.

Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience in managing compliance.

Knowledge of auditing principles and quality tools is also required.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate teams.

Experience in leading interdepartmental / cross-functional teams.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

Proficiency in statistical and quality tools like Statistical Process Control (SPC), Capability Indices (Cpk), and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) are desirable.

Must be committed to continuous improvement with a focus on efficiency and clarity.
