Escrow Support Processor

Job description :

• Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high-volume processes.
• Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches and occasionally customers.
• Scan / image escrow-related documents to ensure history is archived and that vital records are protected and meet quality control standards.
• Receipt in Lender / Buyer funds and work closely with Escrow to provide in-office support.
• Fulfill prior to doc conditions, manage HOA demands, and process remediation and escrow support functions on a national level.
• Work in a high volume, production role consisting of 6.5 hours of daily processing.
• Perform repetitive tasks that are not customer-facing.
• Meet with manager on a monthly basis to review production numbers and train on new tasks.
• Start with 2 assigned processes / tasks, eventually building up to 17 processes once previous tasks have been mastered.
