Administrative Assistant
ATLAS is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to provide direct administrative support to senior finance and investment executives. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for candidates with a strong administrative background, excellent organizational skills, and proven experience in a federal or mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative and Financial Management : Assist senior executives staff with day-to-day administrative and financial operations, including scheduling programs, planning meetings, managing events, and handling security protocols for onboarding and offboarding staff.
- Meeting and Travel Coordination : Manage the calendars, organize travel plans, prepare necessary travel documents, and ensure smooth communication with external parties. Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, assemble background materials, and follow up on action items.
- Database and Records Management : Support the maintenance and organization of databases, shared drives, and webpages. Ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for staff and stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
Required :
A Bachelor's degree in a related field.A minimum of two (2) years of recent experience in administrative roles.Expertise in management procedures, Excel, data analytics, and strong written and oral communication skills.U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.Ability to work onsite at the Washington D.C. office.Desired :
