We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Photography Coordinator / Editor to join our team in New York.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team of photographers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand standards.
• Support the sales team in New York by providing expert knowledge and guidance on photography services.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the visual storytelling of our real estate listings.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities for photographers to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Manage the scheduling and allocation of photography resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the quality control process, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques, incorporating them into the team's work.
