Youth Development Institute (YDI) is a private, non-profit agency located in Phoenix, Arizona for at risk youth. Experienced Human Resources Assistant needed in a residential treatment center for severely emotionally disturbed / behavior disordered adolescents.

Excellent benefits, competitive salary commensurate with experience. Central Phoenix Location. MUST HAVE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A LEVEL I FINGERPRIT CLEARANCE CARD THROUGH DPS.

Skills / Requirements
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must have knowledge of general HR practices.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain confidential files and databases.
Ability to audit personnel files for accuracy and completeness.
Ability to assist in interviewing process, complete reference checks and orientation paperwork.
Culturally diverse and accepting of people from various racial, ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work on other job duties as assigned.
Verbal fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
