Senior Instructional Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze project requirements and collaborate with the Project Manager to define project scope and learning objectives

Independently manage and lead instructional design deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals

Develop custom instructional content tailored to client needs and act as a liaison for client stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Graduate / Post-Graduate in BE / BTech / M.E / MTech / MSc / MCA

10+ years of relevant instructional design and client-facing experience

Experience in technical or software product training environments preferred

Proficiency in rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia

Strong organizational and time management capabilities
