Responsibilities
As an APP at Duly, you will get the opportunity to :
Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of your collaborating physician, Dr.
Love : Scott W. Love, MD Duly Health and Care - DuPage Medical Group.
- Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision making with support from Dr. Love.
- Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions.
- Develop a 1 : 1 relationship and partnership with Dr. Love, clinical staff members, and management.
- Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding
- Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistant-Masters Degree.
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
- Previous Experience (1+ years) in Family Medicine or similar setting.
