The Opportunity With McKinstry

We are adding an experienced Service Manager - Fire Protection to join our growing Fire Protection team in Seattle, WA. The primary focus of this role is to build and lead a world-class Fire Protection Service Department centered on customer satisfaction, retention, development, and sustainable growth. The Service Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Service and Inspection teams, maintaining strong communication between Field Supervision, Service Coordinators, Service Sales, and Customers to ensure exceptional service quality and delivery.

What You Need To Succeed At McKinstry

Five (5) years of experience in the fire sprinkler, fire alarm, or construction industry preferred; other relevant experience will be considered. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Applicants with relevant experience and no degree are encouraged to apply, as experience may be substituted for formal education. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. Strong conflict resolution skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. High emotional intelligence and maturity.

The pay range for this position is $93,600 - $163,400 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
