The Digital Safety Unit sits within Microsofts Corporate, External and Legal Affairs division whose vision is to empower every person to have safer digital experiences. The Digital Safety Unit (DSU) leads Microsofts global efforts to protect people, especially children, from online harms across its services.

We are seeking an outstanding Policy Director, Digital Safety Unit to join our Digital Safety team. In this role you will play a key role in how we develop and implement product policy requirements and lead safety reviews for our wide range of services. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team on critical issues of company-wide and importance.
