SAP Specialist Position available in : Elk Grove Village, IL Job Type : Full time Broetje Automation is the world’s leading expert & OEM in aircraft manufacturing automation and robotics, working with the top names in our industry.

Germany, USA, France, United Kingdom, China, and Japan.

US locations include :

Charleston (SC), Savannah (GA), Wichita (KS), Mobile, (AL) and Seattle (WA).

Summary :

As an SAP Specialist, you will play a critical role in our organization's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system by ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP applications.

You will work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, optimize SAP modules, and provide technical expertise to support our company's growth and operational excellence.

Compensation / Benefits :

SAP certification is a plus Proven experience as an SAP Specialist or SAP Consultant with at least 1 year of experience Qualifications :

Ability to read technical drawings (blueprints & bill of materials) and understanding of MRP (materials Requirement Planning) In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with SAP S / 4HANA is a plus Strong project management skills to lead SAP-related initiatives Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines Job responsibilities : Provide administrative and clerical support to the Engineering department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documentation to relevant stakeholders, supporting transparency and operational efficiency Establish, maintain, and organize recordkeeping systems for cross functional processes and departments Responsible for set up and maintenance of Item master in SAP Data entry and maintenance of structured bill of materials into SAP Support managers in implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities Uphold data governance policies and procedures to ensure standardized data naming, establish consistent data definitions and monitor overall data quality for assigned data entities Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using SAP Configure, customize, and develop SAP solutions to address specific business needs Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on SAP usage and best practices Oversee SAP integrations with other systems and applications Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data archiving activities within SAP Proactively identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in SAP applications Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures Generate and present reports on system performance, usage, and key performance indicators Visit : www.broetje-automation.com and https : / / www.youtube.com / channel / UC7_4J6KrX5aHnXZJUoOCDRQ Powered by JazzHR
