Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements :
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, OTBI, BIP, Oracle SQL Developer, OEM, Toad, Python, R, or similar platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of HR metrics, talent management processes, and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and data extraction techniques.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience with predictive modeling techniques.

- Natural ability and drive to find the "why" to uncover new things, to problem solve, to find deeper insights and meaning.
- Ability to effectively analyze and synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights.

- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, risk and changing direction of projects and strategies with ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
