Position Overview : As a Remote Tourism Specialist you will be at theforefront of crafting dream vacations and facilitatingextraordinary travel experiences for your ownclients.
From exotic getaways tocultural explorations your expertise and passion for travel willshine as you assist your own clients in planning their perfecttrips.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with your clients to understand theirtravel preferences interests and budgetaryrequirements.
- Research andrecommend destinations accommodations activities and transportationoptions tailored to each clients needs.
- Collaborate with airlines hotels tour operators and othertravel partners to secure bookings and negotiate competitiverates.
- Provide exceptional customerservice throughout the booking process addressing any inquiries orconcerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay uptodate on travel trends destination highlights andindustry developments to offer informed recommendations andadvice.
- Maintain accurate recordsof client interactions reservations andpayments.
- Meet and exceed salestargets by promoting additional services and upselling premiumexperiences.
- Gain clients withmarketing techniques. Build and nurture relationships with clientsto encourage repeat business and referrals.
