Estate Planning Legal Assistant
This position supports our estate planning department and plays a key role in document preparation, client communication, and workflow management.
- Draft and revise estate planning documents under attorney supervision
- Prepare document assemblies, schedules, and exhibits
- Assist with client signing meetings and prepare closing binders
- Manage workflow for four attorneys, ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain organized digital files and manage matters efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients and third parties
- Provide general administrative and case support as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in estate planning, probate, or transactional law preferredStrong document drafting, proofreading, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and support multiple attorneysProfessional communication skills and client-service mindsetProficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
