Job Title : CNC Lathe Programmer / Set-Up / Operator

Shift : 8-10 hour shifts / Flexibility with days / start times

Reports to :

Salary : $32.00 - $40.00 / hour

Position Overview :

We're seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Programmer / Set-Up / Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes to produce high-precision components. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and an appreciation for craftsmanship in a fast-paced tool and die setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Programming :

• Develop and modify CNC lathe programs using G-code and CAD / CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and CAD files to plan machining operations
• Optimize programs for efficiency, accuracy, and tooling life
• Troubleshoot and adjust programs as needed to achieve precision and quality standards
