Job descriptionProgram with Precision : Use G&M code and Mastercam to transform complex designs into reality Create with Confidence : Select tooling, develop machining processes, and maintain tolerances to ±0.005" Inspect Like a Pro : Conduct quality checks and document results with accuracy Collaborate & Innovate : Partner with engineers and teammates to improve processes and solve challenges Stay Sharp : Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace 2-3 years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred) Strong G&M code programming skills CAM experience (Mastercam preferred) Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials Solid inspection and measurement skills High school diploma or GED required Journeyman or 2-year technical degree preferred Strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM (or similar) Work-Life Balance : Your evenings and weekends are yours Pay : Competitive, based on experience Work with a skilled, supportive team Tackle exciting, high-impact projects Access professional development and training Be part of a culture that values safety, quality, and innovation OSHA 10 certification (we'll help you get it) Forklift and overhead crane training Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(K) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Career growth opportunities
