Our client is a nationally recognized water resources environmental engineering firm and is seeking Senior Managers for Water Resource Engineering programs. Our client collaborates with public agencies and private businesses across regional, statewide, interstate, national, and international levels. The diverse projects showcase a vast expertise, from managing interstate and international water challenges to tackling California Delta and statewide planning issues, as well as regional strategic planning and private client strategy development. They offer a unique skill set to its clients by combining water resources engineering, water law and water policy in a single consulting firm.

Position Overview :
- Blend technical expertise, regulatory insight, and scientific acumen to tackle the most complex water resource, planning, and management projects.
- Excel in high-level economic, natural resources, water rights, regulatory compliance, permitting, litigation support, settlement negotiations, water accounting, and addressing political, social, and administrative concerns related to water use and conservation.
- Commitment to technical excellence is unwavering, fostering an environment that prioritizes continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ensure training materials and programs are sufficient to develop a highly skilled workforce and maintain operational continuity.
- Water resources discipline with hands-on experience working with clients and the public during project planning and execution.
- Expertise in addressing and solving issues affecting water, water purveyors, and their entitlements
- Ability to establish long-lasting relationships with clients, assisting them in solving complex engineering and water resource management challenges.
Requirements :
15+ years of progressively responsible experience in water resource planning and management in California or Southwestern United States5+ years in a management capacityBachelors degree of EngineeringValid drivers licenseRegistered P.E. as Professional Civil Engineer in California, or ability to attain upon starting with engineering firm
