Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has an Operations Manager role available in New Brighton, MN!

The Operations Manager will oversee both local and cross-dock operations. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in high-volume distribution, change management, team development, and supporting high-performance teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating ambiguity and driving business initiatives that support our rapid growth and operational excellence.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 / year.
