Job Opportunity : Customer Service Representative
Location : Greenfield, WI (100% on-site)
Answer incoming calls and provide professional, empathetic customer support. Process and follow up on customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain up-to-date and detailed records in internal systems. Communicate with patients, clients, and internal teams to resolve inquiries. Collaboration among other team members on the customer service floor. Dispensing orders billed to insurance for medical equipment and soft goods such as walkers, bath safety, mobility aids, and orthopedic supports. Enter in patient information. Unpacking shipments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
