Director - Internal Communications Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Monday- Friday : Hours may vary between 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.

12 Weeks parental leave at 100% pay and a financial benefit for adoption and surrogacy for non-physician team members. 401(k) Match Profit-sharing program Responsibilities The Director of Internal Communication is a member of Duly Health and Care that is integral in reimagining the organization’s internal communication strategies to ensure that they are creative, innovative, and ultimately engage and energize Duly associates at all levels of the organization.
This is an individual contributor role. Working closely with the Senior Management team, responsibilities include delivering seamless communication of key organizational initiatives through messages and updates.
This includes, but is not limited to, writing and editing critical communications, identifying appropriate communication channels for various internal audiences through which to share timely information that is vital for associates, and skillfully assisting senior leaders with their communications.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Strengthen our internal communications strategy that includes the delivery of on-message content and communications for associates through a variety of mediums and channels (including, but not limited to : intranet, email, collateral, video, blogs, podcasts, town halls) (50%) Devise, lead and execute internal communications projects and campaigns that align with and support Duly’s strategies and values (30%) Serve as a key liaison and work across departments, ensuring consistency and standards for communications between senior management, managers, and associates in various channels on strategic initiatives, company news and departmental updates (10%) Ideate ways to inform, engage and excite associates across the organization and build the tools and KPIs necessary to measure success (10%) Qualifications EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
EXPERIENCE : 10+ years of experience in communications, Human Resources or Marketing with a minimum of 5 years in internal communications Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Track record of success in building and implementing programs that inform and motivate a large, decentralized workforce with various levels Ability to lead through change and fortitude to react quickly to new information Exceptional written, oral and storytelling communications skills using a variety of channels Skilled at project planning & management;
ability to prioritize work, devise and manage a project plan and process for identifying and tracking metrics for your work Skilled relationship-builder with a proven track record of success supporting all levels, from junior team members to senior leadership
