Manager, Campus Services
Brandeis University seeks to hire a Manager to oversee Campus Services. This person will support the Assistant VP of Campus Planning and Operations in day-to-day operational and financial management of contracted services including Dining Services, Print and Mail Services, Bookstore, and other internal and external relationships as needed.
Responsible for day-to-day management of the Campus Card Office, including supervising 3-4 students, and administering the ID card and meal plan program, which impacts constituents across campus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Management Reporting and Operational Support : Support AVP in preparation of annual budgets, monthly budget reports and analysis, identifying and resolving customer service issues, create financial and general information spreadsheets and system generated reports for senior management on ad hoc and recurring bases, covering the Campus Services portfolio.
- General Management : Full responsibility for day-to-day operations of the Campus Card Office; administer campus-wide ID card system; supervise non-exempt employees and student employees; process AR / AP billing functions for Campus Services; provide high levels of customer service to all students, parents, faculty and staff; other duties as assigned.
- Business Systems Management : Administer Business Systems including CBORD / Odyssey PCS; and other departments on projects to increase automation, department efficiency, customer service satisfaction, and on regular business operations, including managing financial information from SFS systems to CBORD, and other inter-system transactions.
Skills & Qualifications :
B.A. / B.S. required. M.A. / M.S. preferred.5-8 years of related work experience is required.Must have basic to intermediate skills in various Microsoft Office products.Knowledge of CBORD, Odyssey PCS Card systems preferred.Workday and Micros POS experience preferred.Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and personable and professional when interacting with the faculty, staff and students and parents.CASP certificate preferred.
