Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Administrator located in Madison, WI. The Leasing Administrator will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing lease agreements, coordinating with tenants and property managers, processing lease applications, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate leasing records, supporting the leasing team, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants.

• Coordination with tenants and property managers
• Knowledge of leasing policies and compliance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software

• Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
