Head of Product

A company is looking for a Head of Product to shape and execute the roadmap for their SaaS-based online learning platform and eLearning products.

Key Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmap based on customer insights and business outcomes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product requirements and execution

Track product performance and communicate results, lessons learned, and next steps

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in product management roles

Proven success in owning and scaling SaaS-based products, preferably in online learning

Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments

Strong financial literacy and ability to make data-informed decisions
