Description du poste
- Gérer le spa comme un véritable centre de profit
- Responsable de la commercialisation du spa
- Assurer le suivi des caisses le suivi financier et les statistiques de fréquentation
- Gestion opérationnelle de l'équipe d'esthéticiennes avec un accompagnement de remise en forme .
- Gérer les planifications des soins
- Veiller au respect du protocole de soin et au bon déroulement de la réalisation des soins
- Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et clients
Qualifications
Bonnes connaissances de l’esthétique de la remis en forme
