Bill Rate : $20-$25 per hour

Job Summary :

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse . The CNA assists patients with activities of daily living, supports patient comfort and safety, and contributes to maintaining a clean and organized care environment during the Day / night shift.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide basic patient care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist patients with mobility, turning, repositioning, and ambulation as directed.
• Measure and record vital signs, intake / output, weight, and other patient data accurately.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner.
• Maintain patient safety by following fall prevention and infection control procedures.
• Assist nurses with specimen collection, transport, and routine clinical tasks.
• Keep patient rooms, equipment, and nursing areas clean and organized.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the medical record.
• Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the RN immediately.
• Support team members to ensure continuity and quality of care throughout the night shift.
