Position Summary

As a ServiceNow Catalog Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining catalog items, workflows, and user interfaces within the CVD Health ServiceNow platform.

Your primary focus will be on creating intuitive and user-friendly service catalogs that enable end-users to easily request IT services, hardware, software, and other assets.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders from IT and other business units, you will gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to streamline service delivery processes.

Additionally, you will ensure that catalog items align with ITIL best practices and organizational standards, promoting efficiency and consistency across the IT service portfolio.

Required Skills :

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on catalog management.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow catalog item creation, including variables, workflows, and approvals.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Service Catalog module and related functionalities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide.
  • Experience with transitioning CatLog items from workflow to flow designer.
  • Knowledge of IT service management processes and ITIL framework.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills :

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow certification(s) relevant to catalog development or IT service management is preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities, including REST API and MID Server.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting languages, with a keen eye for detail and adherence to coding best practices.
  • Understanding of UX / UI design principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, coupled with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions..
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and practices beyond ServiceNow.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$83,430.00 - $201,900.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
