What We Seek
We're searching for an individual with a NY P&C license and a minimum of 2 years' experience in an independent agency. Your primary role will involve quoting and selling insurance policies across various sectors, including auto, home, umbrella, and boat.
A strong background in customer service, coupled with experience in remarketing, renewal reviews, and processing endorsements, will set you apart.
Schedule
We need a candidate available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. In our Ronkonkoma NY office.
Your Role
- Design personalized insurance solutions.
- Manage client accounts and handle endorsements.
- Issue new and renewal policies / documentation.
- Engage with clients through phone and email.
- Utilize the Hawksoft Management System for efficient data entry.
- Preferred Qualifications
NY Property & Casualty License
- 2 years experience in an independent agency
- Expertise in Auto, Home, Umbrella & Boat insurance
- Commercial experience not required but would be compensated
- Experience with Hawksoft, PL Rater, MS Outlook, DocuSign
- Experience with carriers : Merchants, Travelers, Utica National
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $65k-$75k, based on experience
