We’re opening a new cannabis facility and are searching for a Facility Director to oversee all operational activity on site.

This can include production, extraction, logistics, and more! In this role you not only own and drive the performance of P&L metrics for the location but will be responsible for holding department managers accountable for meeting their regular performance goals.

The daily grind

What does all that really mean? It means you will lead by example and regularly respond to all team members feedback and concerns across the facility.

You’ll provide regular training and coaching opportunities to the department heads and set production goals that align with our strategic growth plans.

So, who is a good fit?

You’d do well in this role if you :

• Hold an Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations, Management, or related field.
• Are experienced is running a large cross-functional production facility for a minimum of 2 years (ideally $50MM+, cannabis is strongly preferred).
• Are Comfortable in warehouse environments or production lines that follow GMP, SQF, OSHA, and ISO standards.
• Flourish as a servant leader no work is beneath you. Genuinely enjoy working in a team and developing strong people managers.
• Are excellent at managing tight deadlines and have managed high priority projects in the past, from start to finish.
• Can adapt quickly and love to problem solve.
• Are an agent for change who believes in building and maintaining a positive and meaningful work culture.
• Take initiative and get excited at the prospect of working in the cannabis space.
