Job Description

The Superintendent will :

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project goals are met.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless operations.

Ensure compliance with safety and building codes at all times.

Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.

Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.

Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to stakeholders.

Mentor and guide on-site teams to enhance performance and productivity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

Proven experience managing construction projects in the property industry.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

Exceptional leadership and team coordination skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

A degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
