As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail and mall location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and interaction will foster a welcoming atmosphere while you deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas using a company vehicle, embodying our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork every day.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for retail and mall environments.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures.

Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and interacting with the public in a professional manner.

Provide information and directions to visitors and tenants as requested, maintaining a helpful and approachable demeanor.

Work collaboratively with onsite staff, management, and emergency personnel during incidents or drills.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
