You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities for Director of Finance :
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support company growth and expansion.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance to minimize tax liabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar management frameworks preferred.
- Proven track record of success in financial management and strategic planning within the tech industry or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- This is an onsite role in Grand Rapids, Michigan with some flexibility*
