You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities for Director of Finance :

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support company growth and expansion.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance to minimize tax liabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar management frameworks preferred.
• Proven track record of success in financial management and strategic planning within the tech industry or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
