The role requires at least two years of experience, proficiency in various surgical specialties, and adherence to scheduled shifts including weekends and overnight calls. The position is based at Maine Medical Center and involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to care for patients undergoing complex surgeries.

  • Weekend Hours : 36 (1 : 4 weekends, 12 hour shifts)
  • Call Requirements : one overnight call, 11p-7a for Trauma call

  • Submitting to replace permanent RN staff member leaving on 12 / 1
  • Neuro Call Team 50-150 hrs of call
  • Complex craniotomies, complex spine cases
  • Navigation including Stealth and Airo CT, and O-arm, Stryker familiarity
  • Aneurysm competent.
