Job Details

• Represent clients in cases involving products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters
• Providing legal support to clients
• Managing cases from inception through trial and / or appeal, as necessary
• Maintaining positive client relationships
• Preparing legal reports and documents
• Taking and defending depositions (including those of Plaintiff and experts, witnesses, etc.)
• Prosecuting cases from start to finish
• Conducting and / or defending depositions
• Making court appearances, handling depositions, pretrial motions, and litigation work from inception to settlement / verdict

CA Bar License (Required)

Litigation : 2-5+ years (Preferred)
