We seek an experienced accountant to join our team in a specialized role focusing on payroll, benefits, and time-tracking management in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) while also handling other accounting responsibilities, including Expensify administration.
This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the continuous improvement of our scalable accounting function, ensuring accurate financial recording, reporting, and analysis while optimizing new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage payroll processes, including accurate and timely processing of employee payments, deductions, and taxes in UKG.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring successful enrollment, validating deductions, and verifying accurate billing from providers.
- Administer and maintain comprehensive time tracking systems in UKG and employee expense management in Expensify.
- Prepare analyses and account reconciliations related to payroll, benefits, and time-tracking activities, supporting an efficient monthly close process.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline and improve recurring payroll, benefits, and time-tracking processes.
- Provide support for financial statement preparation and management reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct research and ad hoc analysis as required to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience and 2 years of payroll-related experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with Sage Intacct, Expensify and / or UKG experience.
