Ideal Candidate : You are :

A licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Georgia (or able to obtain licensure).

Clinically skilled, gentle, and patient-focused with strong communication skills.

Efficient and organized, able to manage a steady flow of patients.

Motivated to grow clinically and financially in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Comfortable educating patients on oral health, perio maintenance, and treatment acceptance.

What You’ll Do :

Deliver thorough, gentle, and efficient hygiene care, including SRPs, maintenance, and patient education.

Build trust with patients through clear communication and compassion.

Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.

Contribute to the overall growth and positive culture of the practice.

Compensation & Benefits :

$45 / hr or 30% of Collections (Whichever is Higher) — With no cap on earnings.
