Base salary is $23.00-24.00 hourly , based on experience. Monthly and Yearly Bonuses available and there are many commission opportunities that the agency will provide.

Responsibilities

• Client Support : Provide outstanding support to policyholders by addressing inquiries and assisting with their insurance needs.
• Policy Management : Help clients navigate their insurance policies and explain coverage terms clearly.
• Issue Resolution : Address and resolve client concerns and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates within the system.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
