Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of reporting and metrics infrastructure for Global Operations

Design and scale measurement frameworks to identify operational trends and performance drivers

Prototype and implement automation use cases to improve operational efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

BS or MS in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

5+ years of experience in data science or analytics focused on operations

Hands-on experience with AI tools for process automation

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data pipelines and dashboards

Proficiency in Python or R for modeling and automation
