Prepare cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, pâtés, terrines, and cold sauces, according to the menu and recipes.

• Plate dishes with precision and attention to detail.

Food Safety :

Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure freshness and safety.

Inventory Management :

Monitor the supply of ingredients for cold dishes and inform the kitchen manager of any shortages.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of cold dishes.
