As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier .\n\nMore about our team\nJoin our 18-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1 : 2 / 3 nurse to patient ratio. Patients treated on this included vents, continuous BiPAP, vasopressor drips, DKA on insulin drips, ETOH on CIWA and a mix of intermediate care. This role provides an opportunity to work in a newly opened unit, very spacious and bright. Staff Physicians are approachable. Our unit strives for quality patient care, and you are encouraged to share your knowledge with others.\n\nHow you'll contribute\nA Registered Nurse (RN), who excels in this role : \n\nAccurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs\nIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions\nProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient\nPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record\nResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient\nPerforms timely and accurate QI assessments\n\nWhy join us\nWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
