Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with policy renewals and claims processing. Prior Crop experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and coverage options
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored risk management solutions
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
