The Commercial team is essential to Tropicana Brand Group's success by driving revenue growth, acquiring and retaining customers, and providing valuable market insights. Working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals, help shape pricing and product development and keep the company competitive and responsive to market shifts. By building strong customer relationships, maximizing profitability, and identifying new opportunities for growth, the team contributes to both short-term and long-term success.

Your Next Pour : The Opportunity

We are looking to add a Senior Category Manager to our Commercial team. This role will be responsible for delivering strategic insights that support the Tropicana Brands sales team and key retail accounts. The Category Manager will identify market trends, competitive threats, brand strategies, and customer strategies to drive sales and grow market share. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include :

• Serve as a thought leader and "go-to" resource for category, shopper, and consumer trends, and merchandising solutions.
• Analyze category performance using POS, syndicated, and panel data to make business-building recommendations.
• Leverage multiple data sources to understand consumer and shopper behavior across products, geographies, cohorts, and occasions.
• Develop retailer-relevant sell stories using shopper and consumer insights.
• Provide expert analysis and insights to customer team members to support optimal marketplace decisions.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives including new product introductions, pricing analyses, promotional planning, and assortment impact assessments.
• Stay current on category management best practices and continuously improve departmental capabilities.
