Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with various business units to thoroughly understand, document, and review detailed business requirements and develop corresponding business design documents.
• Manage the application product backlog, utilizing tools like ADO TFS or Jira, and create detailed user stories to guide development and QA teams effectively.
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct necessary training sessions for business stakeholders prior to application release.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience as an IT Business Analyst, working with diverse business and IT development teams.

Demonstrated proficiency in developing and documenting business requirements and design documents.

Proven experience managing development work items and application backlogs using industry-standard tools such as ADO TFS or Jira

Strong background in coordinating with development and QA teams to translate business designs into technical specifications and test approaches.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills , with a track record of effective collaboration and interpersonal interaction with stakeholders.
