Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for residents of community.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance office efficiency and culture.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
