$100,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr

Are you a quality-driven leader ready to make an impact in the aerospace and defense industry? We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead an AS9100-compliant Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement across operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and enhance the QMS to ensure compliance with AS9100, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor the Quality team, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and customers to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Oversee audits, nonconformance, and corrective actions while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
