Must reside in the Chicagoland area. We have two office locations : Rolling Meadows and Downtown Chicago. On-site presence for meetings may be required; otherwise, work arrangements are flexible.

This company is a private equity-owned organization comprising seven specialized business units under one umbrella, with fewer than 400 employees. As the company continues to evolve, it is actively building out its project management capabilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in less structured environments and can drive delivery across multiple initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate directly with senior stakeholders, build and execute project plans, and lead efforts in process improvement and system consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through execution
• Develop detailed project plans, identify dependencies, and manage milestones
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication across teams
• Support the development of project management processes in a maturing environment
• Drive process improvements and contribute to PMO best practices
